Le Petit Bar’s team is led by former Masterchef contestant Michelle and Champagne expert Joshi who combine their skills and experience to provide you with a professional and fun service.
Michelle has had an interesting and varied background. She started out as a PE teacher before becoming a professioanl photographer. She then decided to move into retail and hospitality, building and owning several successful businesses.
Joshi had an extensive career with the Commonwealth Public Service and is the author of the book Champagne: The cool guide to the world’s most audacious beverage. This is a book that was written with a twinkle in the eye and a sparkle in the glass. It is obvious that while Joshi has a serious love affair with Champagne, she tempers this seriousness with levity and wit. A second edition of the book is in the works.
Le Petit Bar was created as a business that is all about lifestyle and fun. The girls love to entertain and share great times, and great Champagne, with friends and family. The are passionate in their belief that it is important to celebrate and make memories.
